
Tofu Teriyaki Bowl

Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake (if using), sugar, and grated ginger. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pressed tofu cubes and pan-fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
3. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the tofu. Bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu. Remove from heat.
5. Serve the teriyaki tofu over cooked rice with steamed broccoli. Garnish with sesame seeds.
