
Spicy Garlic Prawn Stir-fry

Instructions
1. Trim the ends of the green beans. In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to make the sauce.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and chilies and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
4. Add green beans and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together thoroughly, cooking for 1-2 minutes until prawns are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh coriander, and serve immediately with rice.
