
Spiced Beef & Halloumi Kebabs

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine beef cubes with 2 tbsp olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
3. Thread the marinated beef, halloumi cheese, bell pepper, and red onion alternately onto the skewers.
4. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the skewers with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
5. Grill kebabs for 6-8 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to your desired doneness and halloumi is golden brown and slightly softened.
6. Serve hot, perhaps with a side of couscous or a fresh green salad.
