
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, slice garlic thin. Warm olive oil in a pan, add garlic + pepper flakes, cook gently until golden.
3. Drain pasta (save 1/2 cup water). Toss pasta into the pan with a splash of pasta water. Stir well.
4. Off the heat, fold in parsley. Salt to taste. Serve immediately.
