Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat fish dry and make a few diagonal slits on each side. 2. Season the fish generously inside and out with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Place lemon slices inside the cavity. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is almost cooked through. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the Harra sauce: Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, water, minced garlic, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth. The sauce should be pourable; add more water if needed. 5. Remove fish from oven, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and toasted pine nuts. 6. Return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the fish is fully cooked and flaky. 7. Serve immediately.
