Instructions
1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Sprinkle both sides evenly with sea salt.
2. Preheat a broiler or grill pan to medium-high heat. If using a pan, lightly oil it.
3. Place salmon skin-side down (if applicable) on the hot broiler pan or grill pan.
4. Broil or grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness and the skin is crispy (if applicable).
