Quick Paneer Bhurji

Instructions
1. Crumble the paneer and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté until onions turn translucent.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Add chopped tomato and cook until it softens and oil separates.
6. Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add the crumbled paneer and salt. Mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes, gently stirring.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
