
Mushroom Miso Soup

Instructions
1. Bring water and dashi powder to a boil in a pot.
2. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add enoki mushrooms and tofu, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove a small amount of broth and dissolve miso paste in it.
5. Return dissolved miso to the pot, stir gently (do not boil after adding miso).
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
