Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan. 2. In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, 1/4 cup ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Do not overmix. 3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan. 4. For the glaze, whisk together the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf. 5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
