
Jerk Cauliflower Steaks
Thick slices of cauliflower marinated in a fiery jerk seasoning, then pan-fried or grilled to perfection. A delicious and satisfying vegan take on a classic Caribbean flavor.

Instructions
1. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick 'steaks' from the center. Break apart any remaining florets.
2. In a bowl, whisk together jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, agave, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional scotch bonnet.
3. Brush the jerk marinade generously over both sides of the cauliflower steaks and florets. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
4. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a little oil if necessary.
5. Cook cauliflower steaks for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender-crisp and nicely charred. Cook florets until golden and tender.
6. Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lime.
