Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried ginger. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Arrange salmon fillets on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Place asparagus on the other side.
4. Drizzle asparagus with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
5. Spoon or brush the honey garlic sauce generously over each salmon fillet.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
