Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low.
4. In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water. Stir the slurry into the sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot with rice.
