Instructions
1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
2. In a large bowl, combine halloumi, bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Thread the halloumi and vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp and halloumi is lightly browned and softened.
