
Fiery Pork Bulgogi

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, sugar, and grated pear/apple if using.
2. Add the thinly sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of cooking oil if needed.
4. Add the marinated pork and sliced onion to the hot pan. Stir-fry constantly until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
5. Stir in the chopped green onions during the last minute of cooking.
6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately with rice and banchan.
