
Crevettes à la Provençale

Instructions
1. Season peeled and deveined shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add diced tomatoes, herbs de Provence, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
4. Pour in white wine and bring back to a simmer. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread or rice.
