Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high; sear chicken 4-5 min per side until golden. Remove. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cook 1 min. Pour in cream and parmesan, simmer 3 min until thick. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over, simmer 2 min.
