Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in crushed tomatoes and dried basil. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Reduce heat to low, then stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
5. Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
