Instructions
1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with chipotle in adobo, 1 tbsp lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from pan.
