Instructions

1. Drain and rinse black beans. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 2. Add black beans to the skillet and mash lightly with a fork. Stir in lime juice and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. 3. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds until warm and pliable. 4. Fill each warm tortilla with the black bean mixture. Top with diced red onion, cilantro, avocado slices, and a dollop of salsa. Serve immediately.
