Bangers & Mash Delight

1. Peel and chop potatoes, then boil until tender. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper. 2. In a separate pan, cook sausages according to package instructions until browned and cooked through. 3. Slice onions and sauté in a pan with a little oil until caramelized. 4. Stir in flour, then gradually add beef stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Simmer until thickened. 5. Serve the sausages alongside mashed potatoes, smothered in the onion gravy.
