
Avocado Toast with Eggs

Instructions
1. For the eggs: Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Gently lower eggs into boiling water and cook for 6-7 minutes for a jammy yolk. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking, then peel. Alternatively, fry eggs to your preference.
2. In a small bowl, mash avocados with lemon/lime juice, salt, and pepper until desired consistency. You can keep it chunky or smooth.
3. Toast your bread slices until golden.
4. Spread the mashed avocado generously over each slice of toast. Slice the boiled eggs in half (if using) or place fried eggs on top of the avocado.
5. Drizzle with chili crisp, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (if using), and garnish with fresh cilantro or microgreens. Serve immediately.
