Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste.
3. Add turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add cubed potatoes and cauliflower florets. Mix well.
5. Add chopped tomato and salt. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
6. Sprinkle with garam masala and fresh coriander. Serve hot.
